come as you are...

questions and all

Is Soul Care the same as therapy?

Soul Care sessions are coaching and consulting services — not licensed psychotherapy. While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, these sessions do not constitute a formal therapeutic relationship and are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. That said, I bring my full clinical training, trauma expertise, and intuitive gifts into every session. It’s just held in a different container — one with more flexibility, more integration, and more of you.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

Honestly? If you’ve read this far and something in you is still leaning in — that’s usually your answer. Reach out and we’ll have a brief conversation to see if it feels right for both of us.

Do you take insurance?

I work exclusively as a private pay practice. This allows me to offer a depth and wholeness of care that insurance-based models simply don’t support. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds, or submit for out-of-network reimbursement through their provider.

What if I’m in crisis?

Soul Care is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Where do sessions take place?

All Soul Care sessions are held via telehealth — which means wherever you are in the world, there’s space for you here.

In person sessions will be available starting this summer in the San Diego area.

How is a Soul’s Blueprint delivered?

Your Blueprint is delivered as a written report to your email. After purchase I’ll reach out to gather your birth information and personality assessment results. You can book a Soul Care session to discuss your map!

my people tend to be…

the high-functioning ones who look fine on the outside but know something is still unresolved underneath. the ones who’ve done enough work to know their patterns but can’t seem to break them alone.

women reclaiming themselves. after the relationship that took too much. after years of losing pieces of yourself inside motherhood. after performing a version of you that was never really you. women who are done shrinking and ready to come all the way home.

men who are ready to go somewhere real. tired of the surface. wanting a space where emotional depth isn’t something to apologize for. ready to be met fully and not managed.

anyone carrying a trauma history who is ready. not just to cope but to actually heal. to integrate. to become.

if you read that and felt something shift, you’re probably my person.
